Copyright notice and counter-notice procedures.

1. Filing a copyright notice

If you believe material connected to PinExport infringes your copyright, send a written notice that includes:

• Your name and contact information.
• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The location of the allegedly infringing material with enough detail for us to identify it.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

2. Counter-notice process

If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice that includes your contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, consent to the jurisdiction required by applicable law, and your physical or electronic signature.

3. Repeat infringement

We may terminate or restrict access for users who repeatedly violate copyright rules or misuse the notice process.
