The core rules for using PinExport.

1. Your account

You are responsible for the security of your account, including password protection, Google sign-in access, and the activity that occurs under your workspace. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with the platform, evade plan limits, violate applicable laws, or use PinExport in a way that infringes third-party rights. You are responsible for how you use exported data after download.

3. Exports, watchlists, and availability

PinExport provides export, analysis, and watchlist tooling on an as-available basis. Features, layouts, limits, and queue behavior may evolve over time as the product improves. We may modify or discontinue features when needed for product, compliance, or operational reasons.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through Razorpay. By starting a paid subscription, you authorize recurring billing according to the selected plan. Plan limits such as monthly exports, row caps, watchlist limits, and premium features depend on the active subscription attached to your account.

Cancellation requests submitted through the dashboard are scheduled for the end of the current billing cycle unless a different billing state is required by the payment provider or law. No guarantee is made that subscription changes will apply instantly before the related webhook confirms the update.

5. Refunds

Unless required by law, subscription fees are generally non-refundable for partially used billing periods. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support promptly with the account email and payment details available to you.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account is violating these terms, creating legal or security risk, abusing the service, or failing to comply with payment obligations. You may stop using the service at any time.

7. Intellectual property

PinExport and its software, design, branding, and content remain our property or the property of our licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service or its underlying technology to you.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PinExport will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Your continued use of the service after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
