How PinExport collects, uses, and stores account and export data.

1. Information we collect
We collect the information needed to operate the service, including your account name, email address, password hash when password login is enabled, Google OAuth profile details when Google sign-in is used, saved exports, saved watchlists, and billing state connected to your workspace.
We also store job metadata such as requested profile, dataset type, timestamps, result summaries, preview rows, and recurring watchlist history so you can reopen previous exports without rerunning the same job immediately.
2. How we use information
We use collected information to authenticate you, run and store exports, enforce plan limits, manage recurring watchlists, provide charts and analysis, troubleshoot failed jobs, and respond to support requests.
We may also use operational logs and aggregated usage data to improve product reliability, queue behavior, and performance, but we do not sell your personal information.
3. Billing and third parties
Paid subscriptions are processed through Razorpay. Razorpay may collect and store billing, payment, and compliance information under its own policies. PinExport does not store full card details.
If you use Google sign-in, Google provides identity data such as your email address, account subject, and profile name. We use that data only to sign you in, link your account, and populate account details.
4. Cookies and session storage
PinExport uses secure session cookies to keep you signed in and to preserve temporary authentication or password-reset state. These cookies are required for core account functionality and are not used as third-party advertising trackers.
5. Data retention
We retain account data, stored exports, watchlists, and billing metadata for as long as your account remains active or as needed for legitimate operational, security, legal, and accounting purposes. Stored data may remain in backups for a limited period after deletion.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect account and export data. No internet service can guarantee perfect security, so you should also protect your own credentials and devices.
7. Your rights and choices
You can update your profile details, change your password, and manage your subscription from the dashboard. If you need account deletion, export removal, or privacy assistance, contact support@pinexport.xyz from the email associated with your account.
8. International processing
Your information may be processed in countries where we or our providers operate. By using the service, you understand that data may be transferred to and processed in locations outside your own country.
9. Updates to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date in the product or release notes when appropriate.
